1. Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By using betin's website, mobile interface, or any associated services, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms. They apply to all users — registered members and unregistered visitors alike.
Users must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or using betin services. betin may request account verification at any time without prior notice and may require specific documents as proof of age.
These Terms & Conditions are written in Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the version in the platform's primary language shall prevail. All prior oral or written agreements are considered void from the date these Terms come into effect.
2. Account Creation & Security
Registration Requirements
- Each individual may register one account only.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date.
- Accounts created with false information may be terminated at any time.

- Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential.

- Avoid logging in from unrecognized devices.
- If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact support immediately.
Large withdrawals may be restricted until the identity verification (KYC) process is complete. betin may request government-issued ID, proof of address, or other documents for account verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
While using the betin platform, users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Engaging in fraud, deception, or unauthorized transactions.
- Abusing bonuses or attempting to circumvent bonus terms.
- Using automated bots or software to access the platform.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities on the platform.
- Providing false or misleading information.
Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited. betin reserves the right to pursue legal action in serious cases.
4. Payment & Transaction Policy
All financial transactions on betin are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, and bank transfer.
Deposit Policy
- Deposits are generally credited to your balance instantly.
- Minimum deposit amounts are set as specified on the platform.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
- A deposit confirmation will be sent via SMS or email.
Withdrawal Policy
- KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal.
- Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
- Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the method used.
- Betin reserves the right to suspend withdrawals on any suspicious transactions.
Betin reserves the right to verify any transaction. Records of all significant transactions are maintained in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. betin fulfills its legal obligation to report any suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.
5. Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Betin reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- Violating the Terms & Conditions or engaging in prohibited activities.
- Providing false information or misrepresenting your identity.
- Failure to provide documents requested for KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
- If an account remains inactive for an extended period (generally more than 6 months).
- When required to comply with a court order or directive from a government authority.
Upon account closure, betin will endeavor to refund any legitimate balance (excluding bonuses); however, funds obtained through prohibited activities may be forfeited. Users may also voluntarily request account closure, in which case their verified balance will be returned.
6. Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability & Other Provisions
Intellectual Property
All content on the betin platform — including logos, designs, text, software, and games — is protected under the intellectual property rights of betin or its licensors. Users may access the platform for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproducing, distributing, or modifying any content is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Betin is not liable for any losses arising from unexpected technical errors, server outages, or issues with third-party services on the platform. Game outcomes are determined by RNG technology, and betin makes no guarantee of any specific result.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Betin reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
